Client's Obligations

The client's obligations include paying the agreed-upon rate for work performed, providing clear direction and specifications for the project, delivering feedback in a timely manner, honoring any confidentiality agreements requested by Talent, and making themselves available to address revisions or pickups as needed.

Talent's Obligations

The talent's obligations include performing work at the agreed-upon rate, adhering to client's direction and specifications, delivering finished voice files by the agreed-upon deadline, honoring confidentiality agreements, the talent makes themselves available for revisions and pickups, and crediting or going uncredited as requested by the client.

Revisions Policy

The talent agrees to make themselves available for any revisions or pickups that may be requested in the 30 days after the project is completed. If a mistake or error is made on Talent’s part, Talent agrees to fix the mistake at no extra charge to Client. Additional revisions, including script changes, are subject to a fee at the Talent's discretion.

Use and Ownership

Use and ownership addresses that the talent is an independent contractor of the client, and retains no ownership or copyright claim to the voice assets performed for the project. The client may use, modify, and distribute these materials for any purpose related to the project. The client cannot sell or reuse the voice assets for unrelated projects without prior consultation with the talent.
